On 5 June 2023, Builders Co. Ltd. ("Builders"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Envision Greenwise Holdings Ltd. ("the Group"), was awarded an EV-charging infrastructure installation projects (“the Projects”) under the "EV-charging at Home Subsidy Scheme" ("EHSS“) with a total funding of HK$3.5 billion by the Hong Kong government to subsidize the installation of EV charging infrastructure in car parks of existing private residential buildings in Hong Kong to facilitate EV owners to install EV chargers at car parks of their residences according to their own needs in the future in a simple and easy manner. The Project is located at Scenic Garden, 9 Kotewall Rd, Mid-Levels, Hong Kong, covering a total of 138 car parking spaces and is expected to commence in June 2023. On 7 June, Builders, as the main contractor of the Project, officially signed a contract with The Incorporated Owners of Scenic Garden, undertaking the responsibility for project management, coordination, and implementation.
