Envision Greenwise Accelerates the Development of Its Global EV Batteries Recycling System

Envision Greenwise Holdings Limited (“Envision Greenwise Group”, 1783. HK) recently signed strategic cooperation Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) with a number of partners. The Group will further develop its Battery Recycling Service System with these partners to accelerate its development of the global reverse supply chain business in Europe, America, and the Southeast Asia area..

On 9 August 2024, Envision Greenwise Group issued an announcement to expand battery recycling and reverse supply chain business in 26 European and Southeast Asian regions, including Germany, France, Hungary, Belgium, Sweden and Singapore, with partners such as Brussels Electro (BREL)、Dealextreme SL, with a view to further advance the Group's position as a market leader in new energy business (particularly in battery recycling industry).

Since 2024, the Group speeds up the pace of its  global deployment of EV battery recycling and reverse logistic business, and has initially implemented a number of major strategic cooperations. In February, the Group signed MOU with Gotion- the global leading EV battery manufacturer to start their joint business deployment in EV battery recycling industry overseas. In May, the Group signed MOU with Supportive Electronic Services Slovakia s.r.o、Supportive Elektronik Servis、Supportive Recycling GmbH and Supportive Recycling Poland z o.o., to develop retired EV battery processing, reverse logistics business and energy storage business in Slovakia, Türkiye, Germany and Poland, and meanwhile forming a joint research force to integrate local data and develop new technologies in the field of reverse supply chain and energy storage. Joining forces with European partners again this time is another important milestone in expanding the Group’s European business map  after May. In June, the “Hong Kong’s First EV Battery Processing Plant” was officially launched in Hong Kong EcoPark, with the aim of becoming a benchmark project for the EV battery recycling industry chain in the Greater Bay Area of China. In July, the Group signed an MOU with The Fortune Group - one of the most renowned reverse logistics companies in North America - to develop EV battery recycling businesses and set up processing plants in 20 locations in North America including various cities in the United States and Mexico.

To date, the Group has established more than 52 EV battery recycling sites around the world, including in Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia, most of which have been in operation for more than 20 years. By joining hands with industrial partners and leveraging its own technological advantages, the Group is accelerating its business deployment in the global EV battery recycling industry chain. In the future, the Group will make use of its diverse strengths in talents, resources, equipment and funds etc., and work with its renowned partners in Europe, the United States and Southeast Asia to optimise the global recycling facilities and service network by formulating localised development strategies in order to better satisfy the local market needs and contribute to the high-quality development of the global EV battery recycling industry chain.
